Awesome app, but only 9 free

This app is pretty cool, but for my child only the first difficulty level is practical for now. Im a bit confused however because it states in the details that there are 15 free puzzles but I only have access to 9, three on each setting. Itll bring up the parental control question, but when I answer it nothing happens. Is this a bug? I dont know, but it would be wonderful if I could access 5 on the first difficulty setting for now. If everything worked well then Id consider actually making a purchase. Would love to be able to preview what Id be spending my money on as well.
